Payment methods

You can pay your invoices with:

• Card: Visa or Mastercard
• Bancontact
• iDEAL | Wero
• Bank transfer

You choose the method at checkout, or when you pay an open invoice under Billing.

Bank transfer

A transfer takes a few days to reach us, so you can use it only when there's enough time before the due date. New orders always need an instant method (card, Bancontact or iDEAL | Wero), because we set up your service as soon as the payment comes in.

Automatic renewals

With auto-pay we charge your saved card for each renewal, so you don't have to remember to pay. Auto-pay works with cards only. If you'd rather pay each renewal yourself, choose Pay manually: we email you an invoice and you pay it with any of the methods above. Your services are suspended if a renewal invoice stays unpaid.
